Initial Consultation + Treatment
This initial assessment allows the opportunity to assess musculoskeletal injuries and posture. Here, a treatment plan and goals will be devised to suit your individual needs. This, including a rehabilitation program, can be sent to your email.
Sports Taping
Sports taping is available for various sporting needs and/or multiple ailments. Prices vary depending on the size and area the tape is required.
Sports Massage
Sports massage utilises deep tissue techniques intending to reduce muscular discomfort, tension and pain. This technique can help various conditions such as Muscular and joint injuries, Postural related pain, Repetitive strain injuries, and Back pain.
Benefits of Sports Massage:
- Reduction in muscle tension and pain.
- Decreased muscle stiffness and soreness.
- Increased levels of relaxation and reduction in physical/psychological stress levels.
- Aids sleep quantity.
- Reduced recovery time post-injury.
Dry Cupping
Dry cupping is where glass/plastic cups are applied to the skin to create suction, and a negative pressure pulls the skin upwards to increase blood flow.
This is used to help muscle pain and tension reduce joint movement, headaches, back pain and sciatica.
Cups can be either left in a static position or moved, both options complement other therapy techniques and work well in conjunction with sports massage as the lifting effect provided by the cups with the downward pressure.

When purchasing these, you will receive the physical gift certificate in an envelope that you can address to your recipient.
Cancellation Policy:
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel or rearrange please do so before that otherwise you will be charged for that appointment before being able to book again.
All no-shows to appointments will operate under the same policy and will require a deposit for future appointments.
